What types of services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of photo and video services — from weddings and portraits to families, events, and commercial work. No matter the session type, the focus is always the same: capturing meaningful moments and telling your story through timeless, heartfelt imagery.
What does the booking process look like?
Start by reaching out. From there, we’ll hop on a quick call to make sure we’re a good fit. Once you’re booked with a contract and 30% retainer, we’ll start talking through the details. Locations, timeline, any logistics you need help with. About three months out, we’ll check in and start shaping the day. One month out, we’ll finalize everything so you’re not left wondering about anything.
On the day, you get to be in it. We’ll handle the rest.
You’ll get sneak peeks within 72 hours, and your full gallery typically within 6–8 weeks or 10-15weeks for the final video.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We’ll adjust. That could mean shifting timing, changing location, or rescheduling if needed.
How will everything be delivered?
Through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos and films.
Do you give out RAW files?
No. Every image and film is edited to reflect the final look and feel of our work. All the RAW Video files are available for purchase.
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Absolutely yes. While being behind the camera has always been my passion, being in front of the camera used to be Adair's fear. It took one photographer who make her feel natural, beautiful and at ease to change everything. Most people feel as awkward as she used to because we didn't grow up modeling or knowing how to pose or what our best angle is and we know you did't either. We’ll give you simple direction when you need it and keep things easy so nothing feels forced. We're known for helping our clients feel natural and comfortable.
What should we wear for photos?
Neutral tones, natural textures, and anything that feels like you. We’re always happy to help you decide or look things over beforehand.
Do we have to pay for each image?
No. You’ll receive all of the best images from your day, fully edited and ready to download.
How long does it take to receive our photos or film?
Photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks for sessions and 6–8 weeks for weddings. Films are delivered within 10–15 weeks. We take the time to make sure everything feels right.
Are you available for travel?
Yes. We’re based in Northern Minnesota but travel often. If you have a place in mind, we’re open to it.
